I started going to the gym a year ago (July 2015) and for the first 6 months I didnt have much success. But since I started seeing Anthony (January 2016) I have lost over 10kg and have started running between 5-6 km.
I have trained with Anthony for over a year. During my time I have learnt a lot since starting in terms of different exercises and performing them with the correct technique. I have enjoyed working with Anthony as he supported me through each session and helped me in doing pull-ups and deadlifts which I was never able to do beforehand.
I have been training with Anthony for over a year. During this time my goal has been to improve my running and to complete a half marathon, which I did last October. This year my focus is to still continue running but to do this we have focused on gaining more upper body strength and developing my core.
